A note from the owner

We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and that hands-on approach hasn't changed. When you call, you reach me or somebody I'd trust at my own house. We're a family operation, so if something's not right with a unit, that's on us, and we make it right before the day's over.

I track every delivery on one board at the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call me.

Q1Are ADA-accessible units available?

They are. Our ADA-accessible restrooms feature step-free entry, an extra-wide door, grab bars, and enough interior space for a wheelchair to turn.

Q2What happens during the weekly service visit?

We empty the holding tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

Q3How do extended rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you contact us for removal.

Q4What is the service frequency?

One maintenance visit per week is included with every rental. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule an additional weekly visit.

Q5How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks ahead works well for spring and summer weekends. Book earlier for holiday weekends.
